RMU-3 ranks No. 2 in performance nationwide

SUBIC BAY FREEPORT—The Regional Maritime Unit 3 ranked No. 2 in both the Unit Performance Evaluation Rating (UPER) for the third quarter and in Unit Performance Evaluation Rating for the Month of September among all 16 regional maritime units nationwide.
For Q3-2022, RMU-3 earned a total of 85.21 points in the UPER rankings, while it recorded a general average of 85.5% in performance for September 2022. 

Cited for RMU-3’s top performance is the “strategic managerial leadership” of the unit’s chief, Col. Oliver S. Tanseco that “brought the best attributes of his personnel to produce positive collaborative results in performing quality public service expected from Maritime Group.”

Also given recognition were “the hard work and perseverance from the Maritime Police Station commanders of Bataan, Olongapo, Zambales, and Maritime Police Precincts of Morong, Bataan and Baler, Aurora together with their hardworking teams.”
