OLONGAPO CITY- One woman and 26 men were arrested in a raid of an alleged cybersex den by operatives of the Philippine National Police Anti-Cybercrime Group (PNP-ACG) in Barangay West Tapinac here.
City director Senior Supt. Jerry Sumbad,said the PNPACG operatives raided the third floor of Joromas Building along Rizal Avenue on the strength of a search warrant.
Seized from the suspects were more than 50 units of computers, modems, and paraphernalia allegedly being used to engage foreign customers in cybersex chats with male suspects who were posing as women.
Police said the suspected cybersex den was fronting as an internet and online gaming café. All those arrested were brought to the PNP-ACG office in Cramp Crame, Quezon City.
