SUBIC, Zambales — Joint operatives of the municipal police station and the 2nd Zambales provincial mobile force company arrested a suspected drug pusher in a buy–bust operation in Barangay Pamatawan here Wednesday.
Lt. George Q. Cruz, OIC of Subic PNP, identified the suspect as Gilbert Mirano y Agagas, 45, of Gordon Heights, Olongapo City. Mirano was arrested in the act of selling a sachet of shabu weighing two grams to a police poseur–buyer.
Confiscated from the suspect were three sachets of shabu, one digital weighing scale, and one red sling bag.
Mirano is now detained at Subic PNP detention cell facing charges for violation of RA 9165 (Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002) before the Office of the Provincial Prosecutor in Olongapo City.
