Angeles City Mayor Carmelo ‘Pogi’ Lazatin Jr. on February 2, 2023 personally delivers the free shoes, tshirts, and bags with school supplies to 7,206 public school students from Angeles City National High School.
Around 100,000 pairs of free shoes, t-shirts, bags, and school supplies were personally delivered by Mayor Lazatin to the 57 public schools.
With the supervision of Chief Adviser IC Calaguas and Executive Assistant IV Reina Manuel, members of the Gender and Development Office, City Nutrition Office, Angeles City Emergency Command Center, General Services Office, and City Engineer’s Office join and assist Mayor Lazatin in the set distribution.
One of the inauguration promises of Mayor Lazatin is to provide quality and accessible education, saying “No Angeleño youth will be left behind in terms of education.”
