CITY OF SAN FERNANDO – Pampanga 3rd District board member Estelito Lim aka Shiwen Lim is, as of noontime of March 9, undergoing processing at the city police station here after the issuance of warrant of arrest for a string of estafa cases, both bailable and non-bailable.
Dated Feb. 15, 2026, the warrant of arrest for “Estafa under Art. 315, Par. 2 (A) of the Revised Penal Code in relation to Section 1, Par. 2 of PD 1689” and “Estafa under Art. 315, Par 2 of the Revised Penal Code as amended by RA 10951 in relation to Section 6 of RA 10175” was signed by Pairing Judge Mary Hane Dacara Buenaventura of the RTC Third Judicial Region Branch 44, City of San Fernandpo.
Earlier in the morning, Lim was reported to have surrendered himself to Vice Gov. Dennis “Delta” Pineda who called Pampanga police director Col. Eugene Marcelo who in turn called City of San Fernando police director Lt. Col. Joy Gollayan who sent the team serving the warrant of arrest to take Lim into the city police custody.
