The Pampanga 1st Provincial Mobile Force Company (PMFC) has been recognized as the top-performing unit in Central Luzon in both Unit Performance Evaluation Rating and operational accomplishments for four consecutive months.
The awards were received by PLTCOL Michael Masangkay, force commander, during the traditional Monday flag-raising ceremony on October 19, 2026, at the Police Regional Office 3 Parade Ground, Camp Captain Julian Olivas, City of San Fernando.
PBGEN Jess Mendez, PRO3 regional director, led the ceremony recognizing the unit’s outstanding performance.
The recognition highlights the leadership of Masangkay and the dedication and professionalism of Pampanga 1st PMFC personnel in delivering effective and responsive police services to the community.
