With the vision of “Tourism and jobs: A better future for all” the North Philippines Tourism and Travel Expo (North Phil Expo) opened its 14th iteration at the SM City Clark, accompanied by wishes of fortune to the sound of gongs and an Igorot dance. It runs Nov. 15-17, aye, this very weekend.
Over 100 stalls representing all the regions of the country, each offering its best destinations; commercial enterprises of food, handicraft, couture, among others; and leading Philippine carrier Cebu Pacific Air covered the center court of SM Clark.
North Phil Expo is an initiative of the Department of Tourism Regional Offices 1, 2, 3, and Cordillera Administrative Region in partnership with the Association of Tourism Officers of Central Luzon and the Philippine Exhibitions and Trade Corp.
The expo is supported by the provinces of Aurora, Bataan, Nueva Ecija, Pampanga, Tarlac and Zambales, Subic Bay Metropolitan Authority, Clark Development Corp., Philippine Retirement Authority, TIEZA, NLEX Corp., Cebu Pacific Air, Business Mirror, Sun Star Pampanga, and Punto Central Luzon.
