VELVET GANACHE (VG) makes dining better with its newest off ering, Family Set Meal. House specialties are bundled together to make a complete group meal for a stated price. This is a pleasing concept for the regulars and future patrons to enjoy a stellar meal.
“Family set meal is an upgrade of our ala Carte menu. It is intended for large group diners either family or barkada. The ingredients and flavors are still of top quality. I made sure that I had the right ratio for each recipe to mimic better yet equally tasteful dish when you first tried it. A testament that VG as one of the best boulangeries and patisseries in the Metro is ever evolving not just limited to breads and pastries, “ VG owner Chef Vince Garcia explains.

Guests can take to their heart’s content a basic set meal (good for 3 to 5 persons) composed of crunchy Nachos with premium toppings, Caesar Salad, rich and savory oriental flavor Jackie Chan pasta (Chef Garcia version of Charlie Chan), Honey Citrus Wings, cake and iced tea.
If you are coming in large group (6-8 persons or 10-12 persons), dip your way to a gastronomic feast with the main entrée of perfectly cooked Pork Ribs – marinated with signature rub before being grilled and roasted, gives a playful mix of sweet and spicy flavor. It might be a bit sweet for some, but should fit nicely with the Kapampangan palate. Another point of pride is the Seafood Pasta, raising- up the flavors of the sea with pasta al dente and special sauce.
For desert, give yourself a real sweet treat with VG signature cakes – Red Velvet Cake and Carrot Cake are very much enjoyed.
Chef Garcia further said that Velvet Ganache may seem to be a picturesque and grand restaurant can still give you a homey and comfy feel at a reasonable price.
Another exciting treat awaits bread and coffee lovers, special discounts are being offered daily – 50% discount on breads at 8:00 pm onwards and 50% discount on coffee from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm.
