Tune in on Nov. 18, 2023, 6PM, at the City Information Office Facebook page for the PRE-PAGEANT night of the Mutya Ning Angeles 2023, which will be held at the Angeles University Foundation-Sports and Cultural Center.
The ladies will be donned in a black and white swimwear designed and created by renowned local designer Frederick Policarpio.
This is just one of the official wardrobes of MNA 2023 that are all made and created by local designers.
One of the aims of Mayor Carmelo “Pogi” Lazatin, Jr. in hosting the MNA 2023 is to promote the local works and talents of couturiers in Angeles City.
MNA 2023 is Mayor Lazatin’s priority project co-presented by the Beautéderm Corporation led by President and Chief Executive Officer Rei Anicoche-Tan.
