CLARK FREEPORT – Marriott Hotel Clark marks the observance of their very first Christmas celebration in this freeport with a fitting act of giving.
The celebration was sparked with the lighting of the 20 feet grand golden Christmas tree on Friday as Marriott Hotel Clark literally put into action the spirit of gift giving with the launching of their corporate social responsibility (CSR) campaign for a cause, “Buy an Angel, For an Angel.”
The CSR aims to bring joy to children of Aeta communities in adjacent Mabalacat City with guests buying a pair of angels with one being shared to the child and the other one adoring the hotel’s Christmas tree. The gift giving of angels will benefit 50 Aeta children and the proceeds will be donated to five Aeta villages.
Leading the Christmas tree lighting and the launching of Buy an Angel, For an Angel were Department of Tourism (DOT) regional director Carolina Uy, Mabalacat City Mayor Cris Garbo and Marriott Clark’s general manager Goeran Soelter.
