IBA, Zambales — After three years in hiding, a man wanted for rape in this province was arrested in Cotabato on Jan. 25.
A report to the office of Zambales police director Col. Fitz A. Macariola identified the suspect as Dick Fame Maggay, 40, of Barangay Grullo, San Narciso, Zambales.
Armed with a warrant of arrest, police led by acting San Narciso police chief Major Ramil M. Menor along with Makilala Municipal Police Station, North Cotabato Police Provincial Office, Police Regional Office 12, Zambales police provincial intelligence unit and 2nd provincial mobile force company effected the arrest of Maggay in Makilala, Cotabato.
Report added that the suspect is facing another case for illegal possession of firearms.
The suspect is now in the custody of the Zambales police.
