The fifth in Robinsons Malls and the first in North Luzon, is now open here in Robinsons Starmills, City of San Fernando, Pampanga. there will be another one opening soon at robinsons Place Malolos, Bulacan under LTO Region 3.
“The driver’s License Renewal will now be more accessible to the people, at the comfort of our Robinsons Starmills mall facilities. “We also have a newly opened medical clinic to address the LTO medical requirements and together we make government services accessible and convenient for the Fernandinos and nearby municipalities of Pampanga.”

Robinsons Malls Lingkod Pinoy Center will also open LTO Driver’s License Renewal Offi ce in Robinsons Malls located in other regions, one in robinsons Fuente, Cebu City in the Visayas Region and 6 more in Region 4A located at Robinsons Place Antipolo, Rizal; Robinsons Place Dasmarinas, Cavite; Robinsons Place General Trias, Cavite; Robinsons Place Sta.
