BALANGA City, Bataan: A trade fair highlighting products manufactured in this province and in support of the Women’s Month celebration opened at Waltermart here Friday.
The activity known as Likha ng Bataeño Trade Fair is a project of the Department of Trade and Industry provincial office in partnership with Waltermart – Bataan.
DTI information officer Teresita Esteibar – Magtanong said 37 women exhibitors participated in the fair that will run from March 1 – 4, 2024.
The fair has for the theme “Inspire Inclusion,” which is the campaign theme of the International Women’s Day for 2024.
DTI OIC – provincial director Eileen Ocampo, Business Development Division chief Connie Sanico and team with Waltermart – Bataan mall manager Kat Pajares and mall administrator Joel Jon Lumbao led in the ribbon – cutting ceremony.
Ocampo asked mallgoers to support the local Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises.
