La Rose Noire Foundation, Inc. is a non-profit organization that provides fully funded technical-vocational scholarship to deserving underprivileged youth from Pampanga and neighboring provinces in Central Luzon. In addition to free skills training, scholars receive comprehensive support, including lodging, meals, transportation, uniforms, school supplies, and daily allowances, allowing them to focus on building their skills and preparing for sustainable careers.

Through this partnership, scholars will complete their OJT at Swissôtel Clark, gaining hands-on experience in a world-class hospitality environment under the mentorship of experienced industry professionals. The program will strengthen their technical skills, build confidence, and equip them for successful careers in the hospitality industry.
