MASINLOC, Zambales —A Korean national was held up by two unidentifi ed suspects carting away close to P7 million pesos and personal belongings at his residence at Millionaire Village, Barangay Inhobol of this town.
Police identified the victim as Pilhyun Ryu, 47, administrative managerof GTC Global Inc., located at Barangay Bank, Masinloc town.
Report said the victim and his driver Ronald Elayba were alighting from his Innova with plate number XY 9990 at his residence when two suspects came from behind and pointed an unknown handgun at them and declared a hold-up.
The suspects took three bags containing cash money amounting to P6,930,000. and a laptop worth P40,000.00.
Report added that the suspects hit the victim in the head with the handgun, while driver Elayba was kicked on his legs.
The suspects fled to an unknown direction on board motorcycle.
Police are still conducting investigation.
