ANGELES CITY — Those long uninterrupted strokes kneading through tired muscles calming every tension, easing every stress brought by the current circumstances…locals need not look any further to relax in indulgence like royalty.
Following the IATF guidelines, compliant with proper safety measures and protocols, the city government has given the green light to various businesses to reopen amid the pandemic, including in-contact and hands-on services such as massage and spa treatments, and wellness centers.
Located along the Fil-Am Friendship Road, La Hermoza Royal Wellness, Salon and Spa is one of the first full–service day spa and wellness centers to transition into the new normal reopening its doors to locals on June 16.
According to Hannah Gasperson, owner and CEO of La Hermoza Royal, despite being in a direct contact service business, she has anticipated the transition early on as she awaited the go signal from the citygovernment.
“I have been watching the news also and once the government announced that spa services and in-contact businesses were quite impossible to open then, we took it as a challenge and we have so prepared for it that once we have the go signal, we can immediately open our doors,” said Gasperson.
“It is very difficult to reopen a business during the pandemic. It was challenging for me and my staff because we have to invest again on other things such as PPEs and other safety measures,” she added.
La Hermoza Royal also presented its brand ambassadors throughout its reopening month representing their own respective fields of career from the beauty and entertainment industry, business and corporate sectors, and public service namely: 2019 Miss Tourism International Cyrille Payumo, creator of Pidayit Philip D. Torres, top event planner Voltaire Zalamea, lifestyle columnist Joanna “Ning” Cordero, prenup and celebrity fashion stylist Jemi Nicdao, international and celebrity makeup artist Mariah Santos, fitness and bikini athlete Shirley Garcia, millennial posh teen Jordana Osorio, entrepreneur Jericho Genasky Aguas and wife celebrity actressand city councilor JC Parker-Aguas, as well as Vice Mayor Vicky Vega-Cabigting.
Gasperson also shared that she wanted the locals to experience luxurious spa treatments to release their tensions and stress through relaxing massages and therapeutic spa services at very affordable prices.
“Especially now during this pandemic, we all need to relax a little that’s why we’re here. We’re able to give good service, a luxury spa na mura lang,” Gasperson said. “We give 20 percent off as a discount price every Monday and Wednesday, and the rainy day promo starts at P300 for the massage.”
La Hermoza Royal offers hair, facial, and nail care, signature massages and spa services, as well as aesthetic skin care treatments.
La Hermoza Royal is open everyday from 12 noon to 9 p.m. Safety protocols are strictly followed and no face mask, no entry is observed.
