Under Oplan Big Bertha of CIDG Zambales led by provincial officer Chief Inspector Rommel Labalan, suspect Genardo Cabugao y Lapitan, 64,, resident of No. 7 Lapu-Lapu Street, Barangay West Bajac-Bajac was arrested selling shabu to a police poseur buyer.
Recovered from Cabugao were four transparent plastic sachets of shabu and the P600 marked money.
In Barangay Barretto, simultaneous drug operations of Police Station 6 resulted to the arrest of Mark William Uson y Tepait, 24, of Gabaya Street, Noli Valderamos, 36, of La Union Street, and Israel Manglimot y Torres, 31, of Purok 14.
Police recovered from the suspects four sachets of shabu and the P400 marked money.
The suspects are now facing charges for violations of Section 5 and 11, Article II of RA 9165 (Comprehensive Dangerous Drug Act of 2002) before the Provincial Prosecutors Office.
