Foundever® in the Philippines Launches Campaign to Boost Sustainability and Employee Engagement

Foundever®, a global leader in the customer experience (CX) industry, harnessed the camaraderie, goodwill and enthusiasm of its associates to join in the environmental sustainability and protection movement. The company’s 3G (Go Green Goal) Campaign rallied employees to learn and apply sustainable environmental practices, and integrate these into their professional and personal lifestyles. Foundever® in the Philippines is proud to announce the launch of its 3G (Go Green Goal) Campaign, a nationwide initiative designed to champion environmental awareness and empower its associates to engage in sustainable living practices. This campaign solidifies the company’s position as a Great Place To Work®, recognized by the global authority on workplace culture for actively involving its associates in the environmental sustainability movement. 

This campaign, which directly supports the Philippines’ Ecological Solid Waste Management Act of 2000 (Republic Act No. 9003), rallies associates of Foundever to join waste management efforts and adopt ethical, economical and efficient sustainable practices. The initiative aligns with the company’s ongoing commitment to building a positive workplace culture, where employees are not only empowered to excel professionally but also encouraged to contribute to meaningful causes that benefit both society and the environment.

The 3G (Go Green Goal) Campaign was activated throughout January 2025, and focused on a 30-day movement that encouraged associates of Foundever to engage in weekly themes that fostered mindful living and waste reduction. Each week, they introduced new tips and practices for employees to adopt including taking steps toward a zero-waste lifestyle and enhancing daily actions for change.

In support of the campaign, nearly 4,000 associates from across the Philippines came together for a Go Green Goal webinar to learn about sustainable living. The event featured a keynote session by Czar Carbonel, co-founder and CEO of MAGWAI, a leading sustainable personal care company. Carbonel shared invaluable insights into practical sustainable living solutions, motivating employees to make eco-conscious choices both professionally and personally.

Looking ahead, Foundever is committed to expanding its sustainability initiatives through internal activities that align with the 3G Campaign. The company plans to collaborate with like-minded organizations for CSR activities, including clean-up drives and PET bottle donation drives. Moreover, the company seeks to establish a network of 3G stewards within the workplace to lead and promote sustainable practices throughout its operations.
