MABALACAT CITY — Continuously helping and empowering more women in the country, the InLife Sheroes celebrated its second anniversary through its two virtual events held via Zoom on Friday.
InLife Sheroes is Insular Life’s flagship advocacy that aims to empower women from all walks of life who are regarded as a powerful catalyst for progress.
Marking its second anniversary, InLife Sheroes launched its digital bazaar dubbed “Bida ang Pinay” in partnership with Union Bank GlobalLinker to help MSMEs pivot their business to the digital market.
InLife Sheroes program director and Insular Health Care president and CEO Maria Noemi Azura said they will continue to focus on helping women bounce and recover from the adverse economic effects of the pandemic.
“We want to help women-led small businesses recover and pivot to digital. It will help them promote their brand, products, and services into digital space,” Azura said.
“Members of the InLife Sheroes She Inspires circle will also give mentorship talks to help women expand their businesses,” she added.
The InLife Sheroes Digital Bazaar: Bida and Pinay is a virtual market space that provides opportunities for businesses that are managed and led by women focused on catering to women. It features 30 stores from fashion and accessories, hobbies and lifestyle, health, beauty and wellness, home and living, food and beverage, and other services which will run for a month.
Azura also mentioned through the InLife Foundation and in partnership with Connected Women and For The Women Foundation they will sponsor data science courses to continue empowering women with an upward career and mobility. Azura added they will continue helping women to build and protect their wealth through financial courses such as investing and estate planning through its partnership with PBCWE.
With its female-centered programs and projects, Azura shared InLife Health Care will also launch She’s Well, a customized solution for women focused on wellness and prevention as it covers diagnostic tests required for women at every life stage.
