The mayor will usher the Angeleños on a retrospective look into his priority projects and resolutions from year 2010, leading to the present state of this highly-urbanized city.

“Despite the call to be a good steward of the national roles I have been endowed with, I would like to present my 9th SOCA to the Angeleños as a tangible testament that we have never slowed down in our work in Angeles City,” the mayor said.
Members of the Sangguniang Panlungsod, city government employees, barangay officials, representatives from diff erent business and sectoral groups, socio-cultural, academe, and non-government organizations (NGOs) here are called to witness Pamintuan’s final report on the city’s state and future plans.
