SUBIC, Zambales – Four suspected drug pushers were arrested by elements of the Zambales PNP in separate drug operations here and in San Antonio town.

Chief Inspector Jude Bryan Maguddayao, head of Subic PNP, identifi ed the arrested suspects as Mar Rocod y Dipaling, 47, of Barangay Baraca-Camachile; Sherwin Keith Idos y Pangilinan, 28, also of Baraca-Camachile; and Jeric Sta. Ana y Cruz, 48, of Barangay Asinan-Proper, all in Subic.

Rocod was arrested selling a sachet of shabu worth P500 to a police poseur-buyer. Recovered from him were four transparent plastic sachets of shabu and the marked money.

Idos was nabbed also selling one sachet of shabu worth P1,000 to a police poseur- buyer, with another nine sachets of shabu recovered from him.

Police found Sta Ana with a Smith and Wesson Magnum .38 revolver with defaced serial number loaded with six bullets.

Sta. Ana faces charges for violation of RA 9165, Omnibus Election Code and RA 10591 (illegal possession of firearm and ammunition) before the Office of Provincial Prosecutor in Olongapo City.

In San Antonio, police headed by Senior Inspector Johnathan Bardaje, chief of San Antonio PNP, arrested Richard Sparling y Sto. Domingo, 38, of Purok 4 Barangay San Juan in the act of selling a transparent plastic sachet of shabu worth P500 to a police poseur-buyer.

Police said the suspect has a previous arrest in July 5, 2015 selling shabu to police- buyer and recovered from his possession were a .45 pistol loaded with five bullets.

Sparling now faces charges for vViolation of Section 5 and 11, Article II of RA 9165.
