The theme of this year’s conference, “Reinventing the Landscape of Basic Education to BRIDGE the Learners to Optimal Academic Proficiency Level”, is anchored on the Flagship Programs in the Regional Education Development Plan (REDP) of the Department of Education (DepEd) Regional Office III (RO III) for 2022-2028.

The entries underwent two phases of screening and selection that included entry write-up and video clip evaluation and interview with the proponents of the innovation which was conducted by an external board of judges.

Following the criteria that focused on team collaboration, novelty, and impact of the innovation, five finalists in each of the categories in the various levels of governance were awarded with plaques of recognition and cash awards.
