OLONGAPO CITY – A 72-year-old Covid-19 patient with a history of Stage 4 breast cancer passed away Sunday morning in a private hospital here.
City task force chair Mayor Rolen Paulino Jr. said all persons identified as having “significant contact” with the deceased had been subjected to RT-PCR testing and yielded negative results. All have been instructed to undergo 14-day quarantine starting from the last date of their exposure to the patient.
As of Sunday, the city has recorded 27 Covid-19 cases with 14 recoveries, 10 active cases, and three deaths.
