MABALACAT CITY – The re-election bid of Mayor Marino “Boking” Morales got a surprise headstart recently after a consumer group here expressed its support to his team.
The Mabalacat Consumer Group (MCG) led by its president Roberto Dizon has expressed its support to Morales citing the concrete positive changes that the mayor brought to the city.
Dizon also said they will also support all candidates under the Morales team because they want sustainability of the good projects being undertaken by the current administration.
Dizon said the Morales administration was able to stabilize the supply of water and electricity in the city.
This city has been recently recognized as one of the most progressive areas in Pampanga because of the presence of the Clark Freeport Zone and the Clark International Airport, which are both located inside its territorial jurisdiction.
This city also plays an important role in the move to develop an “aerotropolis” where the Clark airport will serve as a catalysts for economic development not only in the region but in the entire country in general.
