CLARK FREEPORT — The DOH-Jose B. Lingad Memorial General Hospital Children’s Medical Center (CMC) Clark hosted on Aug. 22 Naga City Mayor Leni Robredo for a benchmarking activity vis-à-vis the city government’s primary care development programs.

With the mayor were by Department of Public Works and Highways Secretary Vince Dizon, Sen. Chiz Escudero, and Bloomberry Resorts Corp. vice chairman for construction and regulatory affairs Donato C. Almeda.

DOH-JBLMGH Medical Center chief Dr. Monserrat S. Chichioco and deputy center head Dr. Paul Baltazar walked the guests through the hospital’s specialized facilities and presented the center’s comprehensive patient care areas, specialty wards, isolation rooms, diagnostic capabilities, and specialized pediatric services, showcasing an integrated care delivery model built for efficiency and high-level treatment.

Robredo observed the hospital’s operational workflows and facility design for possible application or adaptation in the development and strengthening of Naga City’s Primary Care Facility.

Escudero evaluated the center’s specialized care delivery model to explore best practices applicable to improving existing government health facilities in Sorsogon.

For his part, Dizon engaged in a strategic discussion with Chichioco, who presented the development plans for the upcoming JBLMGH Renal Specialty Center to review infrastructure alignment and support for the hospital’s expanding medical complex.

Constructed through the support and donation of the Bloomberry Cultural Foundation Inc. and the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corp., CMC Clark reflects the vital role of public-private collaboration in building healthcare infrastructure, with key partner executives supporting the expansion of public health access.
