ANGELES CITY mayoralty candidate Alexander S. Cauguiran blazed the trail where many aspirants balked at treading – leading his whole Kambilan slate for the city in undergoing – and passing! – drug testing procedures on Monday at the AUF Medical Center.
“(My team) volunteered to undergo drug test procedure not only as an instruction from Malacañang but also to show the public how decisive and transparent leaders should be, especially if we are to serve them in the future,” Cauguiran declared.
How good it should be for the people if all candidates go through the same process, if only to assure everyone no dopehead will emerge (mis) leading them!
