On May 7, the serene and luxurious spirit of Amanpulo Island Resort was brought closer to Pampanga during an intimate afternoon gathering held at Sage by Ardesia. Hosted by the Amanpulo team led by General Manager Andrew Jansson, the event celebrated the introduction of Amanpulo flights via Clark, making the exclusive island resort more accessible to travelers from Pampanga and nearby provinces.
According to Jansson, the newly introduced route now offers two daily flights from Clark, allowing guests from Central Luzon to travel to Amanpulo faster and more conveniently without the need to pass through Manila. The development marks a significant step in bringing the world-renowned island destination closer to discerning travelers in the region.
To give guests a glimpse of the Amanpulo experience, the team thoughtfully curated an afternoon inspired by the resort’s signature hospitality and laid-back island elegance. A mini bar welcomed attendees with Amanpulo’s signature cocktails and refreshing drinks, instantly transporting guests to the tropical retreat’s tranquil atmosphere.
The culinary experience was likewise inspired by two of Amanpulo’s well-loved dining outlets. In collaboration with Sage by Ardesia, the menu featured Mediterranean flavors reminiscent of the resort’s Beach Club alongside Japanese-inspired dishes reflecting the offerings of the Lagoon Club. The carefully prepared spread highlighted the refined yet relaxed dining experiences that await guests on the island.
“This afternoon we are bringing a little bit of inspiration from Amanpulo here,” Jansson shared during his welcome remarks. “Together with my team, we organized some flavors and treats. We also brought in the resort’s harpist who will serenade us later.”
Adding to the relaxing ambiance was the soothing performance of the resort’s resident harpist, whose music complemented the elegant and intimate gathering. Guests spent the afternoon reconnecting with friends, meeting fellow travelers, and enjoying a taste of Amanpulo’s signature warmth and exclusivity.
