This special Independence Day treat will see collaboration between Quest Plus Clark’s culinary team, headed by Chef Jean Leon, and special guest Chef John Mangubat of Quest Hotel Cebu. He is also the Sous Chef of Pusô Bistro & Bar, the award-winning restaurant of Quest Hotel Cebu.
