SAMAL, Bataan: The Catholic church here held a long parade Friday in observance of All Saints Day or Feast of the Saints on Monday, November 1.
The church under the Saint Catherine of Siena Parish conducted what is known as “Parade of Saints” that featured children from the Saint Catherine of Siena Academy dressed as saints.
The parade went around town to generate understanding of the good activities of men and women considered by the Catholic Church as blessed and had dedicated their lives as followers of Jesus Christ.
The Catholic Church wants children be dressed as saints instead of the creepy attire during Halloween activities copied from western countries.
