CITY OF SAN FERNANDO—From its humble beginnings online to becoming part of SM StartUp Market to its fifth physical store, Lactation Treats by RCG has come a long way.
The homegrown business opened its newest store at SM City Pampanga on August 26.
The ribbon-cutting ceremonies were led by owners Paul Daniel Gozun and his fiancée Sheila Fernandez, and SM City Pampanga Mall Manager Aaron Montenegro.
Also present joining the ribbon-cutting ceremonies were Gozun’s parents Rudy and Connie Gozun, and his sister Maria Catherine Morales.
Morales is the brainchild of Lactation Treats by RCG. When she gave birth in 2019, she struggled with breastfeeding.
She asked her brother Paul to create something that could help her. Thus, the birth of their business.
Paul created baked-goodies infused with galactogogues, a plant-based substance that induces lactation.
When they decided to sell it online, it became a hit with other breastfeeding moms not only in Pampanga but in other provinces, as well.
Among the bestsellers of Lactation Treats by RCG are their brownies, revel bars, almonds, oatmeal cookies, and their newest product, the lactation egg pie.
The new store is located at SM City Pampanga’s ground floor, in front of Uniqlo.
