Chief Inspector Leonardo Madrid of Subic PNP led operatives in arresting suspected drug pusher Louie Abiro y Jalali, 57, and three cohorts sniffing shabu, identified as Bamy Illahi y Canindo, 46; Abdul Hissin y Khalil, 33 , both residents of Muslim Area, Barangay Calapacuan, Subic; and Robert Dino Bukang y Rivera, 35, resident of 23rd Street, Barangay East Bajac-Bajac, Olongapo City.
Recovered from the suspects were P200 marked money, sachet of shabu and assorted drug paraphernalia.
In Castillejos, a woman was arrested inside the police station after cops found in her possession a sachet of shabu placed inside a loaf of bread while visiting and bringing food to her livein partner who was detained at Castillejos PNP for possession of drugs.
Senior Inspector Pancho Doble, head of Castillejos Municipal Police Station, identified the suspect as Maria Elena Sulangi y De Leon, 36, Sta. Maria Street, Purok 2, Barangay Sta. Maria, Castillejos.

As part of the standard operating procedure (SOP), duty desk officer PO1 Marianne S. Dela Cruz conducted inspection on Sulangi’s plastic bag containing food. Upon verification of the two loaves of breads, one had a small hole that gave suspicion to the duty PNCO to further check the bread and discovered one green-colored plastic straw measuring about three inches long , heat-sealed on both sides, with inserted with two pieces of rolled aluminum foils and plastic sachet containing suspected granule of shabu. The suspect now facing charges violation of Section 11, Article II of RA 9165 (Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002).
In San Marcelino town, police headed by Senior Inspector Geoffrey Javier arrested targetdrug personality during drug operation at Sitio Cabaruan, Barangay Linasin.
The suspect was identified as Daniel Arabe Jr. y Libunao, 25, resident of Barangay San Isidro.
He was arrested selling sachet of shabu worth of P200 to a police poseur-buyer.
Recovered from the suspect were a sachet of shabu, marked money and assorted drug paraphernalia.
