“The recruitment process will be held at the 7ID Covered Court in Fort Ramon Magsaysay. Applicants will not be entertained after the registration date,” said an advisory issued yesterday by the 7th ID.
The advisory advised applicated to bring original documents in a green folder “with proper tabbing.” The required documents include a 3×5 whole body photo with white background, original National Statistics Office birth certificate with official receipt, original copy of the marriage contract of parents with official receipt, certificate of legal beneficiaries, orginal transcript of school records for collage or vocational school graduates, or forms 137 and 138 with dry seal for high school graduates.
The advisory also required the submission of health test results, including those done for hapetitis, tuberculosis and one it identified only as PME, all authenticated and signed by the “examiner”, as well as clearances from their local barangays, police, mayor, regional trial courts, the National Bureau of Investigation.
They are also to submit an “affidavit of being single” and a National Statistics Office “cenomar” with official receipt.
The 7th ID said that priority would be given to applicants who are already professionals in various fields, graduates of MS43 and advanced ROTC, undergraduates with at least 72 units in college, high school graduates but with technical or vocational skills needed by the Army.
It also said that applicants should be natural born Filipinos, between 18 and 26 years old, at least 5 feet six inches tall of either sex, unmarried without child, have good moral character, have PAATB score of at least 80 percent, and physically and mentally fit for military training.
On or before the date of appointment as candidate soldier (age waiver is no longer issued by the Command), at least 5’0 or 60” inches in height (Male/Female), unmarried and without a child, possesses good moral character, PAATB score of at least 80%, physical and mentally fit for military training.
