PORAC, Pampanga – One of the country’s largest mixed-use estates, Alviera, will officially kick off its summer outdoor activities at the reopening of SandBox here on Saturday, April 23.

Dubbed “Explorac”, Alviera reopens its 2-hectare adventure destination to explore the great outdoors at SandBox with various activities such as the country’s first roller coaster zipline, a 10-meter giant swing, free fall, aerial walk, and climbing and rappel walls.

The SandBox also has an 11 water-oriented obstacle course at its Splash Tub ready for anyone who is up for a fun and waterlogged challenge on balance and agility.

For those seeking adventure in nature, Alviera has also opened its bike trails designed for MTBs and gravel bikes for all ages and skill levels. The 5-km trail has multi-terrain routes which vary from leisure to intense cycling challenges.

The estate will also open its KTM off-road track on its 3-hectare motocross course for off-road events and training programs.

Moreover, Alviera is set to open, on April 30, its camping site at the W Camp for car campers, traditional backpackers, and glampers. The campsite is set to give a natural respite with its lush greeneries, clear and open skies, as well as its nearby stream.

SandBox activity packages are available from P450 to P770 or you may opt to pay per activity as rates start at P100 to P250 plus an access fee of P100 per head.

Bringing in bottled water, light snacks, and extra clothing is advised. Food stalls and kiosks will also open in the area.

Paving the way for business and industrial parks, commercial district and retail centers, recreational and residential areas, and the soon-to-rise Catholic educational institution, Miriam College, Alviera will bring its urban development in its 1,800 hectare integrated mixed-use estate to explore in the town of Porac.

The SandBox at Alviera is open for all ages from Tuesday to Sunday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
