ANGELES CITY, Pampanga – If re-elected to a second term, City Mayor Carmelo “Pogi” Lazatin, Jr. vows to include programs for the employees of the Angeles City Local Government in his agenda, including the Angeles City Provident Fund, Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) Plan, and Performance Based Bonus (PBB).

Lazatin outlined his plans in an open letter addressed to the employees of the Angeles City LGU.

Lazatin also vowed to further strengthen the relationship between his administration and the Association of Government Employees for a New and Dynamic Angeles City and Angeles City Employees Multi-Purpose Cooperative; and to ensure that all benefits that government employees are entitled to receive under the law are received by the employees of the Angeles City LGU.

Under the Lazatin administration, the City Government ensured the provision of all the benefits and incentives of government employees, including the Collective Negotiation Agreement (CNA) Bonus and the Service Recognition Incentive (SRI), both of which are released yearly in December.

On April 20, Lazatin visited various offices of the City Government to catch up with City Government employees and personally deliver copies of his open letter.

Joining Lazatin are Vice Mayor Vicky Vega, who is also running for a second term, re-electionist Councilors JC Parker-Aguas, Marino “Niknok” Bañola, Joseph Alfie “Doc Alfie” Bonifacio, Raco Del Rosario, Dan Lacson, Jay Sangil, and Atty. Arvin “Pogs” Suller; as well as councilor-aspirants Rodelio Mamac Jr., Ron Pineda, and CJ Ponce.
