CLARK FREEPORT – The Clark Development Corporation (CDC), in collaboration with national government agencies and the medical community, will conduct a series of vaccination activities from November 26 to December 1, 2021, on selected vaccination sites inside this Freeport.

The said activities are in support of the national vaccination day campaign on November 29- December 1, 2021, dubbed as “Bayanihan, Bakunahan”.

As an extension of support to the upcoming national vaccination day, CDC will initially have its “#TurukansaClark” immunization drive at Comercio Central Park (Mangan Tamu) on November 26 – 28, 2021 from 2 PM to 10 PM.  It will also have an inoculation activity at the Clark Polytechnic Hall and Alpha Aviation Group’s Gym (In front of D’Heights Hotel) on November 29 – December 1, 2021, from 9AM to 4PM.

Anyone can walk in and register at the identified sites to avail vaccination shots against COVID-19. The requirements for kids ages 12 to 17 years old include the following: any valid ID of parent/guardian, birth certificate of the child, baptismal of child, or passport. For children with comorbidities, they are advised to secure a medical certificate from their attending pediatrician or physician showing that the child is eligible for vaccination. If both parents are not available during the vaccination day, an authorization letter signed by parents indicating the name of the assigned guardian with a valid ID will be needed.

For adults who want to get vaccinated, they are required to bring the following: government-issued ID, and medical certificate for those who have comorbidities. Pregnant and lactating mothers are also encouraged to get immunization shots.

Meanwhile, booster shots will only be administered to those who had their 2nd dose for at least 6 months.  Individuals who will avail the booster shot should present a copy of their vaccination card.
