Jenra Foundation Inc. Hotels and Restaurants Association in Pampanga – HARP and ABE Pampanga are partnering with La Rose Noire in looking for beneficiaries for their Scholarship Program in Bread and Pastry Production NC II. This program aims to help determine individuals from underprivileged families by giving the opportunity to learn and be trained in Bread and Pastry, possibly giving them the tools to work in the industry or start their own business. – Attending the MOA Signing were Ms. Teena Villafranca – Administrator, La Rose Noire Foundation, Ms. Fatima Orfinada – President, Hotels and Restaurants Association in Pampanga , Dr. Josefina T. Gawa Katang Tinape Abe – held last July 17, at The Infinity was another Livelihood program spearheaded by JFI, HARP, La Rose and ABE Pampanga, aims to not only provide food assistance to the less fortunate, it also helps them to be financially independent & start their own small negosyo thru the skills being taught. La Rose taught 30 participants how to cook Donuts and Churros.
La Rose Noire Foundation is also looking for 12 Lucky Scholars who will be housed-in for 3 months, will be under formal culinary training, with free meals & allowances for the whole duration of their stay — all for FREE!
