ORION, Bataan — Police on Saturday reported that two still unidentified men riding a motorcycle shot and killed a woman involved in the selling of land at her residence in a subdivision here Friday night.
Orion police chief Major Joshua Gonzales said sales agent Ruth Rafa, 52, sustained two gunshot wounds from .45 pistol and died on the spot right at her house in Upper Bilolo, Orion.
Recovered from the crime scene were three fired .45 cartridges.
Police report said the victim was sitting alone at her terrace and talking to someone on the phone when two men both wearing helmet on board a motorcycle fired at her at past 8 in the evening.
The suspects fled towards the direction of the municipal dumpsite in Upper Bilolo after the shooting.
Gonzales said relatives do not know of anyone who has ill-feelings against the victim or anyone who had threatened her.
Investigation is still ongoing, the police chief said.
