Invoking the truism ‘Health is Wealth,” Tarlac Gov. Susan Yap led the inauguration over the weekend of the new annex and expansion of the Ospital ning Capas which was funded by a P20-million grant from the Bases Conversion and Development Authority.
The governor expressed the Tarlacqueno’s appreciation to BCDA president-CEO Vince Dizon for helping in the expansion of the delivery of health services in the province, and to 3rd District Rep. Noel Villanueva and Department of Health Region 3 director Cesar Cassion for their continued support.
This, even as she congratulated Capas Mayor Rey Catacutan, Vice Mayor Boots Rodriguez, the sangguniang bayan, and “especially our medical frontliners” for their dedicated service.
