The newest mall at the City of San Fernando, SM City Telabastagan, has re-opened its doors on Monday, May 18. For the safety of its tenants and shoppers, the mall implements a stricter rules on No Mask, No Entry policy, physical distancing, body temperature scanning, hand-sanitizing, and checking of quarantine pass.
Apart from these rules, SM City Telabastagan also implements a two-step apart rule when using the escalator while elevator will only carry 50 percent of its load capacity. Complete with the mall signages, the customers must observe a one-way movement in aisles.
Restaurants that have resumed operations has provided chairs for their customers outside their stores while waiting for their take out. Food tenants are only open for take out and delivery orders.
The mall has also assigned a Specialized Sanitation Team to regularly disinfect high touch areas such as grocery carts, baskets, elevator buttons, ATM buttons, restroom surfaces, and handrails.
SM City Telebastagan is open daily from 11AM to 7PM
