THE REVOLUTION in housing development started by Delfin Lee’s Globe Asiatique (GA) Realty Holdings Corp.finds yet another front in Sameerah, a socialized housing project straddling the boundaries of Angeles City and mexico town.

Planned – and indeed developed – as a low-cost housing project, only the unit price – P2,700 monthly amortization – is low in Sameerah.

As Lee understated in his brief remarks at the grand launch of his latest baby last Saturday, “Socialized housing nga ito pero sosyal.”

A touch of class rivaling, nay, besting, pricier subdivisions is imbued all around Sameerah – the majestic fountain by its imposing gates, the two-storey modern edifice that is the barangay hall for Sapalibutad, the expansive clubhouse with badminton court  and near-Olympic size swimming pool, wet-and-dry market, the Gov. Rafael Lazatin Integrated School offering free elementary and secondary education, courtesy of Lee.

And, but of course, 24/7 security that is standard option in all GA property development.

Sameerah has indeed made Barangay Sapalibutad soar from rustic somnolence to cosmopolite urbanity.
