MARIVELES, Bataan – After seven years of detention cell, a released drug pusher was arrested anew in a buy-bust operation in Balon Anito here.
Police Lt. Col. Ronald Almerol, head of Mariveles PNP, in his report to Bataan provincial director Police Col. Jesus Rebua, identified the suspect as Reynaldo Buela Dinglasan, 41, of the said place.
Report said Dinglasan was detained at Bataan District Jail for seven years.
He was arrested after selling transparent plastic sachet of shabu to a police poseur-buyer.
Recovered from him were a sachet of shabu, the marked money and a .38 revolver loaded with live ammunitions.
The suspect now faces charges for violation of RA 9165 and Illegal possession of firearms and ammunitions.
