OLONGAPO CITY – Three persons, including an active member of the Philippine National Police (PNP), were arrested by operatives of the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) in Barangay Sta. Rita here.
NBI division chief Gerald Geralde identified the principal suspect as Benedict Interior, a native of Masinloc, Zambales, who was arrested by virtue of a warrant of arrest for murder issued by Caloocan RTC Branch 125 Judge Rodolfo Azucena last November 2018.
Also arrested was SPO3 Ricky Reyes assigned at Camp Crame Police Drug Enforcement Group believed to be the coddler/ handler of Interior wanted in the killing of a Korean national.
Interior and Reyes were tailed by NBI operatives while they were on board a Honda Jazz until they reached the house of Delmar Dizon at No. 569 Begonia St. Barangay Sta. Rita.
