Philippine Airlines completed its widebody refleeting for long-haul operations with the arrival last May 4, 2019 of the 6th Airbus A350-900 aircraft that are designed for ultra-long haul flights to the North America east coast and Europe. Capt. Emmanuel Generoso led the delivery team that flew the A350 direct from the Airbus plant in Toulouse, France.
