FORMER PBB housemate Maymay Entrata showed her brand of lava walk at a mini fashion show in Raise Your Flag homecoming concert for Miss Universe 2018 Catriona Gray on Sunday night, February 24, at the Big Dome.

Loud cheers filled the venue as Maymay wearing a “mini lava gown” by fashion designer Mak Tumang channeled Catriona.

Maymay is rumored to portray Catriona in the planned life story of the beauty queen in Maalaala Mo Kaya.

Maymay and Catriona walked the runway alongside the reigning queens of Binibining Pilipinas and former Miss Universe Philippines winners during the fashion show.

The beauty queens wore creations of Filipino designers featuring local textile.

Binibing Pilipinas Globe 2018 Michelle Gumabao wore a gown made with Kalinga textile designed by Jor-El Espina.

Binibining Pilipinas Supranational 2018 Jehza Huelar in a creation by Jaggy Glarino inspired by “Filipina enlightenment and empowerment.”

Binibining Pilipinas 2016 1st runner-up Angelica Alita in a gown by Benjie Panizales made with T’nalak fabri Miss Universe 2010 4th runner-up Venus Raj looked effortlessly regal in her Jearson Demavivas. Her gown was also made with T’nalak fabric.

Miss Universe 2011 3rd runner-up Shamcey Supsup wore a red “barong suit” by Vin Orias at the fashion show.

The dress was made with local piña fi ber and was embroidered by artisans in Taal, Batangas.

Miss Universe 2013 3rd runner-up Ariella Arida showed her signature “Arriba walk” wearing a red jumpsuit by Erwin Flores.

Miss Universe Philippines 2014 Mary Jean Lastimosa looked stunning in her Rex Nicdao gown.

The designer took inspiration from the colorful prints that are popular North Cotabato.

Miss Universe Philippines 2016 Maxine Medina showed guts and glamor in Noel Crisostomo’s revealing creation, which took inspiration from the rich and diverse marine life of the Philippine seas.

Miss Universe Philippines 2017 Rachel Peters wore Louis Pangilinan’s red gown that symbolizes passion and love.

Miss Universe 2015 Pia Wurtzbach drew the loudest cheers from the crowd when she stepped onto the runway wearing a creation by Anthony Ramirez.
