KATRINA HALILI shares on Instagram how she gets back her sexy figure.
She celebrated her birthday over the weekend at Villa Rina Hot Springs Resort in Pansol, Laguna.
The Kapuso actress turned 33 last January 4.
After years of trying, Katrina has finally achieved her long-desired goal: Get back in the shape she was in before she became a mom.
So, for moms out there still trying to get back into their ideal form, take heart.
It is not impossible. Katrina’s daughter Katrence with former partner Kris Lawrence is now five years old.
That was how long she has been trying to gain back the figure that made her FHM Philippines’ Sexiest Woman in the country, twice in a row.
On Monday, January 7, Katrina posted a series of photos fl aunting her toned figure in a two-piece black-and-red bikini.
She wrote in the caption, “Starting the year reaching my goal of 50kg weight hence the happy face.”
A quick scroll on her Instagram account reveals Katrina achieved her target weight last year. Take note, frustrated moms.
Her workout routine involves cardio exercises, which she does either a home or at the gym.
She usually spends an hour on the treadmill and elliptical trainer every time she works out at home.
Katrina also underwent a series of non-surgical BTL Exilis Ultra 360° treatments with Skin MDC.
This treatment is said to reduce unwanted fat and tighten skin deep tissues, among many others.

ALDEN RICHARDS wishes to go to Dubrovnik—a walled city on the Adriatic Sea coast, and also a popular Game of Thrones filming location.
Alden Richards names two countries he wants to visit this year.
“Sana po Croatia ‘tsaka Iceland,”
“Nandun po kasi yung set ng Game of Thrones, yung Westeros,” referring to one of the series’ four continents.
“Gusto ko makita yung King’s Landing,” which is the capital and largest city of the fictional Seven Kingdoms, and is found in Dubrovnik, Croatia.
The Kapuso actor is a big fan of the American fantasy drama television series, and has a collection of GoT toy figurines, which were mostly given by fans.
The Game of Thrones-Croatia website offers seven types of tours.
The “Daily Tour Dubrovnik” starts at Arboretum Trsten, where you will walk through the palace gardens of King’s Landing.

He said, “Ang balak ko na lang po kasi gawin is to get the lot beside our house, and then extend the house para dun na din po malapit. Under negotiation pa po.”
