Pho beans – Goi Dau Bap Va Nuoc Mama (okra in fish sauce salad)
Food lovers have another exciting reason to feast as Holiday Inn Clark launched its first Vietnam food festival entitled “Vietnam Pho”, a food promotion featuring authentic Vietnamese cuisine and providing exclusive opportunity to enjoy unique food buffet experience.
To commence the event, prominent personalities, sponsors and local media were given a lucrative treat to taste Vietnamese dishes like Bo Pia (famous spring roll), Bun Bo Hue (noodle soup) and Che Bap (dessert with coconut milk and corn), prepared by two talented chefs, who came all the way from Intercontinental Asiana Saigon, Chef Nguyen Thi Ngoc Lien and Chef Nguyen Huu Luc.
Savoring taste of authenticity does not only came from the original recipes of two famous chefs but also from local ingredients and spices generously flown all the way from Vietnam to Clark just to serve the best and real Vietnamese food.
Amazement continued while restaurant staff doll up beautifully with Vietnamese costumes and Mequeni Cafe transformed into a colorful venue embellished with Vietnam knick-knacks and hats, which guests used as background for photo op. It was a fantastic luncheon and very successful event, in partnership with Cebu Pacific.
Food lovers looking for next destination, why not try Vietnam Pho at Mequeni Café Holiday Inn Clark, available during lunch and dinner from August 16 to 31, 2012.
