ANGELES CITY — Redefining the possibilities of modern homeownership, Hausland Urban Estates (HUE) officially unveiled Flats, its first vertical development, on Oct. 9 along Friendship Highway in Barangay Pampang here.

During the launch, Hausland Holdings Inc. president and CEO Atty. Christopher Ryan Tan reflected on the company’s journey and its founder, chairman Wilfredo Tan, whose entrepreneurial spirit laid the foundation for the family’s real estate legacy. He described the move into vertical development as a strategic step toward expanding Hausland’s reach across Central and Northern Luzon while remaining rooted in Pampanga.

Studio units measure 30 square meters, while one-bedroom units offer 45 square meters. Broker listings indicate starting studio prices of approximately P3.6 million. HUE reported 450 signed letters of intent, with the first batch of 330 units scheduled for turnover in March 2027.
The celebration culminated in the grand unveiling of the official FLATS marker and ribbon cutting ceremony at the model building, marking a new beginning.
