ANGELES CITY – Four high-value suspects yielded P218,000-worth of illegal drugs during a police buy-bust in Mabalacat City on Sept. 1.
Personnel of Police Station 4 as lead unit, with city police intelligence and drug enforcement units, regional intelligence special operations group and drug enforcement unit, and the Mabalacat City Police Station conducted the operation that resulted to the arrest of the four suspects and the confiscation of 37 pieces of suspected ecstasy tablets with a standard drug price (SDP) value of P69,000; 42 pieces of marijuana vape cartridges with SDP value of P147,000; and approximately three grams of suspected kush marijuana with an estimated value of P2,000.
Also recovered from the suspects were one genuine P1,000 bill and four pieces of boodle P1,000 bills, which were utilized as buy-bust money during the operation.
The arrested individuals and the confiscated items were brought to the appropriate police unit for documentation and proper disposition.
