Pampanga’s rich culinary heritage was highlighted through MININDAL, a digital showcase of iconic Kapampangan sweet delicacies and merienda favorites in celebration of Filipino Food Month and the Manyaman Festival.

Led by the Provincial Government of Pampanga under Gov. Lilia “Nanay” Pineda and Vice Gov. Dennis “Delta” Pineda, the project highlights local pride, tradition, and the province’s world-class food culture through the Arts, Culture and Tourism Office of Pampanga and Provincial Information Office.

Featured in the showcase are Angeles City’s famous Tibok-Tibok by Susie’s Cuisine, Bacolor’s flavorful Tamales by Billy and Jhen’s Tamales, Floridablanca’s Bagkat Saging treat by Katrina Monserratt Siat-Roque, Guagua’s chewy Pines Brownies, and Mabalacat City’s Putong Babi by Elsa Yabut.

Also included are Macabebe’s soft and buttery Ensaymadang Sebulan by Apung Baby’s Bakeshop, Magalang’s delicate Plantanillas by Pabalan Delicacies, Mexico’s sticky and sweet Kalame Gandus by Heidi Pamintuan, Porac’s take on Sampelut by Leonora Mangiliman, and the City of San Fernando’s iconic Inangit by Tita Diday.

Completing the list are San Luis’ Bibingkang Nasi by Melinda de Dios, Sasmuan’s creamy Pastillas by Aiza’s Sweets, Santa Ana’s Kalame Ube and Suklati Batirol by Victoria Lazatin, and Sta. Rita’s crowd favorite Sansrival by Ocampo Lansang Delicacies.

Beyond the showcase of merienda favorites, MININDAL is a flavorful celebration of Kapampangan identity and love for food. Every delicacy tells a story of tradition, craftsmanship, and local pride, proving that Pampanga’s “manyaman” legacy continues to thrive not only on dining tables, but across the digital world for more people to discover, crave, and proudly remember.
