Junior Builds moved with confidence as JB Design Studio and Artifex finally found a home of their own at Sto. Entierro, where Principal Architect Jasper Bucud formally opened the doors to his creative sanctuary.
The launch marked not just a new address, but a defining chapter for a creative force steadily shaping residential, commercial, and imaginative architectural spaces across the province.
Bucud’s work has long been recognized for its clean lines, purposeful spaces, and forward thinking design. Now, housed under one roof, his architectural portfolio stands alongside the dynamic creations of Artifex 3D printing. Inside the studio, guests explored detailed figures and custom printed pieces that reflect his precision, artistry, and deep appreciation for form.
The roots of Artifex trace back to the pandemic years, when uncertainty sparked innovation. A creative at heart and a lover of finely crafted figures, Bucud transformed idle time into productive experimentation. What began as passion evolved into a thriving extension of his architectural practice, proving that imagination expands even in the quietest seasons.
The studio’s mantra captured the spirit of the opening day.

The grand opening unfolded as a celebration of creativity and community. Guests enjoyed handcrafted coffee courtesy of Pueblo Coffee while DJ Sorenz set the mood with vibrant beats that energized the space. In time for Chinese New Year, exclusive themed 3D prints were given away, symbolizing prosperity, innovation, and forward momentum for the growing studio.
